We had a great experience with Christian as our realtor. Christian has a very generous mind to his clients and it shows by the effort he makes. He never gave up helping us search for our first home, even when it seemed to be impossible. We were first time homebuyers and made an offer on a short sale home. Short sales take a long time and are more complicated than regular sales. However, we’re closed within 5months. It was quite a wait for us. But 5 months is considered normal for that type of sale. Christian was very helpful and informative. Christian informed us about the City’s down payment assistance program. He keep us update step by step about what is happening throughout the sale process and he provided us with up to date information each month on the foreclosure market.
