Is there any chance of getting a door that opens when we bring large (or multiple) boxes for shipping? Something automatic, whatever? We shouldn't have to fight our way into the store when our hands are full of packages. ...read more

First the phone rings off the hook and sometimes I just have to hang up and try back later after hitting 9 for service. But the real problem. We have a package that has been directed to be held at the office. We called and the staff member checked and said it was there. We drove all the way there and she was mistaken it was not there!
