My son Nathan and I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with Michael and Lorie for the past seven years. Our appointments in Ukiah and in Santa Rosa have always been a good experience. Lorie is helpful and very friendly, she knows what is needed and where to get it. Michael is the most kind and gentle person who has ever handled my son, outside our family! Nathan is always comfortable in his presence and there is no better feeling for a mom and dad. If you have a chance to be seen by Michael Tange at Accolades, do so because you are in very good hands. I have a broken leg and I ordered a walker scooter from Apria. They asked me what my inseam measured and I told them. They sent me a scooter that was too tall for me. I called them immediately after delivery and told them it was too tall. When I wanted to return it they claimed several reasons why it could not be returned. They had told me to bring it back and I could return it. After driving driving 30 miles their excuses were.... 1. Special orders cannot be returned. "They ordered the wrong size for me and said I cannot return it.". 2. Because I had tried it out inside my home, and asked to return it in a few days they claimed it had been used. 3/ They claimed that I had agreed to purchase another on that would be the correct size, which was totally untrue! .These people do not offer good customer service, nor do they stand behind their products. ...read more
