I'm a landlord, and went to Cal Coast with a judgment against a former tenant. They did nothing at all for 4 months after we signed a contract, by which time the former tenant had moved. Now I have someone else who will go after the tenant, but Cal Coast does not respond when I ask them to release our contract. In this economy we need compassionate customer service skills that can offer help or direction. But this women was downright MEAN, she said belittling comments with Judgemental and arrogent inflections. Where in this age I thought you would want a PROFESSIONAL person with a non-emotional voice especially non ANGRY people answering your phones..\t\n\t\nLastly you should let people you collect for know you report to the credit reporting agency's.
