We were printing letters for Make-A-Wish to get donations from local businesses when we ran out and needed to print a fresh copy from our email. We asked for them to donate the copies (25 b&w pages) and not only did they charge us for the copies (discouting from 9c to 6c - wow thanks!) they also made us pay a $5 "set up fee" to use the computer - which by the way wasn't even mentioned to us until AFTER the computer was already used. They explained it as the charge covering the labor of the employee using the computer - wow I wonder how much they pay him per hour. I'll never come back to this store ...read more

Do not use this vendor unless you get your quote in writing. We were quoted $89.00 per hour to clean our 4 HP printers and the service tech spent less than 2 hours on site.
