I have always had helpful and informed service from everyone at MBSC. I'm a graphic designer so I use them a lot and I have never had a negative experience -- in fact, quite the opposite. I know Howard has helped out a lot of local charities with shipping and printing and his staff are always pleasant. I'm grateful they're only ten minutes away!

We were printing letters for Make-A-Wish to get donations from local businesses when we ran out and needed to print a fresh copy from our email. We asked for them to donate the copies (25 b&w pages) and not only did they charge us for the copies (discouting from 9c to 6c - wow thanks!) they also made us pay a $5 "set up fee" to use the computer - which by the way wasn't even mentioned to us until AFTER the computer was already used. They explained it as the charge covering the labor of the employee using the computer - wow I wonder how much they pay him per hour. I'll never come back to this store
