BE WARNED about their Billing Department and what they say is covered and NOT covered by insurance. When I first spoke to the group I was not certain I would have the orthotics done because I could not afford it if it was not covered. Then a month after my appointment I received a call from the office to tell me that my insurance would cover it 100%. A bill arrived yesterday for $420. UNBELIEVABLE. I give the doctor 4 stars. I give the billing/appointment department -1 stars In today's high unemployment and insurance coding problems we all have to be very careful in what we tell patients on the phone. The fact is you can NOT tell someone on the phone that something is 100% covered by insurance and then send a bill for an outrageous amount. ...read more

Never get photos developed here! Twice their systems were down and they couldn't receive online orders. Pictures ordered on a Sunday weren't ready by Tuesday. I eventually had to call customer service and just transfer them to a store out of the way. And they offer nothing but fake apologies. ...read more

If you need to talk to the pharmacy you might want to think of another company. The pharmacy will ignore your call. I finally went in person to get the prescription filled and they didn't try to deny they had ignored the phone. The manager of the store was not happy but the pharmacist did not seem to care that much. They seem to think they are too busy to be bothered picking up the phone. I wonder how much care they give to accurately filling the prescription when they seem to have such contempt for their clientele. I would advise finding a more responsible provider. ...read more
