I live in Ocean Palm's sister building, Ocean Palisades, but from what I hear, it's the same wretched experience at both apartment complexes... Great location but that's about it. Very expensive with management that excels at ignoring requests. Projects take months, maintenance requests weeks and general upkeep is grim.... locks are left broken, pipes leak, etc. Management is what you'd expect from a slum lord... requests are ignored, what work is done is done poorly.... they just don't care. ...read more
