In just 90 days, I lost 37 pounds and have Roger to thank. His plan was simple to follow and the support, motivation and accountability made me feel like he truly cared about me. Anytime I had a question, he responded. He really knows his stuff!My results would have been better, but for the first 4 weeks I didn't do exactly as he instructed and my lack of results showed. Over the next 8 weeks I did everything he said and the weights just melted off.
