As Purchasing agent for a large corporation, I cannot in good faith purchase their low quality product for the company I work for nor for the public that company supplies. Monterey Bay has Inferior product , low quality and NO idea what CS is. <customer satisfaction> When I called Monterey Bay to discuss an exchange or refund in a 1 lb packaged product <we buy by the case, but each 1 lb package is inspected > I was told "Thanks for the info, sorry about your luck" well, Sorry about Your luck Monterey but over 40 ouces of filler and junk product in a 1 lb sealed bag is NOT acceptable to us or our Customers. ...read more
