I have used State Farm and Craig Estes for my insurance needs for many years and will continue for the following reasons: 1. Craig or someone on his staff is always available to answer questions. 2. Although I have had very few claims over my 30+ years with State Farm, State Farm has ALWAYS exceeded my expectations with their claim process and prompt payment. 3. Craig Estes is very knowledgeable on all aspects of insurance, including auto and homeowners, including rental properties.
