Mr. Jose Bohorquez, President of Bess Testlabs, poorly runs this business. He NEVER returns calls, I've left numerous voice-mail messages for him. He's irresponsible and unprofessional. Went there for testing and was assured they would be able to identify the mysterious oil that contaminated my new La-Z-Boy recliners...direct from the factory. The test results failed to identify the substance. Waste of time and money. This company makes big promises which they fail to keep. My advice.....stay clear of Bess Testlab aka Bess MTI, Inc...frauds! ...read more
