The oldest lady working there is very rude.Total beeach. I wanted some flowers for my mother on mother's day. She wanted over 50 dollars for some flowers. I was like w.t.f. This is some major B.S. 50 dollars for 5 flowers. I said fine. They are for my mother. But then she gave me some old flowers and when I told her I did not like them. She then told me to go f myself and go somewhere else. I am not sure how they are still open. They basically super over charge you on special days and give you the worst service. I found better flowers and more flowers at Costco for 15 dollars. ...read more

My daughter sent me flowers for my birthday - pink roses with white tulips. They were delivered to me at work. Pretty, but the roses were a bit crushed looking and the petals were brown around the edges. I called the shop. On my first call I was asked to call back in 30 minutes. The second call, I was asked for my name and information so they could "look up" the order and call me back. 30 minutes later a woman called me back and said the roses were "fresh" and had come in today. I did not ask when they came in, it does not change the fact that they were crushed and brown. I told her so and asked if she would knock a few dollars off. Instead, she told me that if I did not like the flowers I could bring them to the shop and exchange them. The shop is in Santa Barbara. I work in Carpinteria and live in Oxnard. Driving to Santa Barbara to exchange flowers is not what I want to do after work on my birthday. Should not be a major deal, but really left me with a bad opinion of both the products and the customer service. ...read more

BEST I have ever seen! No wonder Leanne was voted THE BEST FLORIST in San Diego. I had read about Leanne in Ranch and Coast magazine a few years ago when she ownerd Bella Fiore in Rancho Santa Fe an saved the article for when it came time for me to order impressive flowers for a party and I am so glad I did! It wasn't easy to track her down as her business name has changed to using her own name now but it was worth the effort. We will never use anyone else ever again. Her creative eye is flawless and she is a so fun to work with! The ideas she came up with for my event were endless! Everything was perfect! Rave Rave Rave!!!!! 5 STARS all the way!!!!\t\n\t\n ...read more
