These guys were great! They wrapped up all the furniture well, were very quick, easy to work with. I was overcharged by 1 hour, but a call to the owner resolved the problem quickly and received refund for the difference fast. Would recommend and use again! ...read more

We hired Chipman to move us July 1, 2008 and all looked good with the initial quote. The day of arrival it all went bad and got worse. Justin Chipman lied about everything. Our belongings were not delivered as scheduled and when they finally arrived only half of our items were on the truck. They said they did not have enough room and did not know when they would deliver the rest. Our belongings would sit in their warehouse until they could find another truck to come our way. One month later they delivered the rest of our stuff but boxes were smashed, our Hockey table broken and my dishes and crystal broken. There so called coordinator was useless. She Never new how to answer any questions and very rude. Justin Chipman was very uncooperative and flat out lied and at times silence on the other end of the telephone line.
