Bay Bancorp is a company plagued with fraud. It is a division of Diablo funding Group, Inc, which was ordered to stop doing business because of it's fraudulent business practices. Then Diablo Funding Group, Inc aka Baybancorp was sold to Indymac, whch was another company ruined by greed and deceit.
