I ordered a part for a customer's laptop from this site on August 19, 2011. I never received any confirmation of the order or any status or shipping updates. They, of course, did NOT fail to charge my account at the time I placed the order. They have not replied to any of the Emails I've sent inquiring about my order. I could not find a phone number on their website. I found one elsewhere online and when I called it, received no answer. Here I am, three weeks later, with no part and no answers.
