These are not professional movers. They caused hundreds of dollars damage between huge holes in our wall, broken stair railings and torn off doorjams, not to mention the smashed original art. When we called afterward to speak to someone about compensation or repairs, we were put on hold until we hung up. When we called again, "someone" took a message but no one will call us back. Recently used them for my move from San Jose to San Francisco. I did a lot of research and shopping around. And could not decide with whom to go, since in the Bay Area so many moving companies. Some with good reputation and some not really. My friend suggested me them, since she used them a few month ago. They were not the cheapest compare to other guys, but worth every penny.
