I was a little hesitant on ordering because of a few reviews but I had no problem and they gave me free shipping when I asked for it. I just got seat covers for my girlfriends SUV. The employees stayed after closing to finish up alterations that needed to be done for seat airbags and installed them. We were happy and would conduct business with them in the future. ...read more

If I could give this company zero stars, I would!!! The covers we bought for my wife's vehicle did not fit under any circumstance! The Mercedes Benz dealership stated that the covers were not made to fit her year or model of her car. When I asked for a full refund, I was denied because the company stated that we waited too long. We did not use the covers at all because they would not fit!!! This company's product and customer service skills are unacceptable!!
