I brought my watch in to get it fixed (it was running slow). The guy I talked to said "There's something wrong with the movement." I said "Great! What can you do?" He responds by telling me to buy another watch, and told me that the watch I brought in was inexpensive and that because it was inexpensive, he wouldn't do anything to it. The girls offer superior customer service. They now know me by name every time I have an appointment. I work in an industry where customer service is the MOST important portion of my day. I absolutely LOVE the mystic spray tan. Very natural and I don't have to worry about burning, as I am required to take a lot of medication. Being the only tanning salon in the Almaden area, I was so happy to see this salon and its employees went above and beyond my expectations! The girls were so friendly, and I was impressed at the cleanliness. I'm a stickler for dust, and I didnt see any! They had great packages available, and Ellian took the time to go through each one with me and fully explain each one. Great prices, great customer service, and super sanitary beds.
