I ordered a jumpy house for my daughters graduation party. Confirmed in a text message over 3 weeks before the event. I texted the day of the event asking what time they said 5:30pm.... 5:30 rolled arround, no jumpy at 6:00 i texted again.. He said I thought it was tomorrow. I then recieved a phone call and he said his guy would be right there. At 7:30 the guy showed up, I called the boss and was upset, we were 2 hours into the party and he only wanted to give me $20 off. So basically it would be $90 for 2 1/2 hours... I totally freaked out, not to mention it was my birthday and didn't want the drama. I told him no deal.... So worst experience ever!!!!!! ...read more
