This place is not a place where you want to put someone you care about! My sister and I thought this would be a good place for our parents there isn't any upkeep and they go to the dining room for there meals, we talked our parents into looking at the atrium and the proceeded to talk them into it. WHAT A MISTAKE first off they charge you a non refundable fee of $5000. then when you decide they like a unit if it hasn't been upgraded from the 1970's orig. decor (which most have not) then they charge you $5000. to upgrade there unit in there building which you never get back. Ours parents became very depressed because its nothing but people complaining about there health problems. The dining room is assigned seating so you can,t meet new people and you get a limited time to eat also the food is bad and very small portions our parents probably ate there 15 times in 6 months even though they were charged for 2 meals a day. Also be cautious of bill he is the sales man he is very good at talking people into moving there. They have a very high turn over of unhappy people leaving but will probably tell you they passed away. The final straw was the maid stoled out of my Mothers drawer. So we bought a new condo moved our parents even though they charged us 60 days rent and now they are very very happy again. ...read more

Not recommend to purchase a home here. Utilities got cut off quite often, for a long period too. There was one time we had a black out for 15 hours, threw away hundreds dollars of grocery in the fridge. You can never contact office personel for your problem. Listed as ""security patrol 24/7"", I lived there 2 years don't even know how the security guy look like. The meter guy for your utility is a joke, always read it wrong and left your gate open. I have a hard time selling my home, no one can get a loan. Their policy state if the owner run away then the lender will have to pay 3 times the monthly land rent. they have very bad reputation with all the lenders. I can't even contact the manager to settle my deposit/liability after my home was sold. It has been 3 months since, very frustrating. ...read more

What a way to retire and live the "Cruise-Ship Lifestyle" on land, that the marketing representative explained. From the moment you enter the lobby you are greeted with a smile. I felt at home instantly. Genita Dickson was immediately concerned about my father's situation from the moment we sat and talked extensively about his needs. She really listened. Then she did the unthinkable... She gave me a 2 hour tour full of information, first impressions, and a handful of introductions to the people who live there. Every person we encountered talked about the joy they felt living here. Not one complaint! The apartments range in various sizes, and styles. Although some may be smaller than expected, I truly think the amenities make up for it. The staff are friendly, building clean, and grounds impeccable. Unfortunately, there is a waiting list to get in. I guess you know it's a good thing when everyone's lined up to experience the benefits. I have placed my father on the wait list, and can hardly wait. If you're expecting a need for a loved-one, you should definately pay them a visit. Ask for Genita. ...read more
