Avoid this business at all cost. We purchased two teleconference systems from VCI Video that would never work. Louis Guyot, who is the owner and sole employee of this business, guaranteed in writing that these systems would be fully functional and meet our needs. After spending days and paying a network technician hundreds of dollars, Louis determined that the equipment was faulty, but would not refund the money paid for the equipment citing cash flow issues. They showed up the first time and advised we needed a part, the tech said their office would call us and have us go on their website to pay in advance, a little strange but whatever. I never rec'd a call from them and after the 3rd day after me calling them for 2 days in a row they finally called me back with how to pay for the part we needed. We did as instructed and then never heard from them again, I called every other day for 1 1/2 weeks leaving voicemail messages without a response!! They finally called me back after 2 weeks to tell me the tech was out sick and the part was on back order?!? I understand someone being sick but what I don't understand is WHY no one called me back to let me know this, I thought they took the money and ran!! Since I don't have the time to look for another company I told them fine come and repair the machine since the part was there and I just wanted this over and done with.....so guess what happend, THEY NEVER SHOWED FOR THE APPOINTMENT!! As I type this I've yet to hear from them, I've had it and told them don't bother coming and I don't know how they were still in business if this is how they treat their NEW customers!!
