Linda Williams provided auto insurance for my mother and me since the 1980s. When I moved back to the US from living abroad, I went back to Linda despite now living in the South Bay. But she has brought on an associate who is simply incompetent and rude. Last year, I had called to ask for insurance on a new car we were buying, he didn't do it. A month ago I emailed him the forms to cash in a life insurance policy as we are buying a new home. I called and emailed both him and Linda a month later, no response. I finally get him on the phone today and he says "Oh, they didn't get my fax so I re-faxed it and you should have the money in 10 days." No apology, no call back, no nothing. I had already flagged his incompetence and bad attitude to Linda last year with the new car incident. I'm done now and transferring to a new agent. Mary is great! I have called and emailed her a number of times with insurance questions and she is always diligent, honest and helpful. I have renters insurance with her, and every time I have a question she gets back to me right away. I would recommend her to anyone looking for any type of insurance!! ...read more

It was time for me to renew my car insurance and time was running out. i\t\nknew i could get better coverage at a better rate, but i was being really\t\nlazy about finding it. one day i passed Thierry's crazy car (you can't\t\nmiss it!) and looked him up. turns out his office is close to my work and i\t\nwas able to speak with him in person. Thierry and Winston gave me great\t\nservice. i was able to actually understand what i was getting and even got\t\nit at a way better rate then before. i was so impressed i even set up\t\nrenters insurance through them. i can even go in and bug them with stupid\t\nquestions and they're always happy to help! i highly recommend them!! ...read more
