Hello Steve, Elaine & Joel, Richard & I would like to thank you again for such quick & thorough service! We appreciated that you first tried to help us over the phone for a quick easy fix. When it became apparent the problem would require more attention you were right out in just a day. You ordered the part and Joel came right out the next week to replace the part. While making the repair he discovered we needed a new disconnect box and showed us the problem. We got the new box installed the next day which was Saturday. Your service became OUTSTANDING when you returned our call on Sunday, during the football playoffs! This was just 10 minutes after we left a message.
