Jorge Guzman bid $275 for a job after I explained exactly what I wanted -- clear EVERYTHING from a small area, till the soil, and plant a couple of camellias from 5 gal containers. All they did was remove existing plants and plant the new stuff in the same holes. They failed to remove a wooden frame and the concrete footings or till the soil. I called Jorge Guzman about the work he agreed to do and didn't do and he refused to come back and finish the job unless I agreed to pay him more. ...read more
