I cannot assess the physical store because I have never been there, but I will warn people about ordering from their website. My son spent his XMas gift money to order a part and new grip tape for his Razor scooter. He placed the order on XMas day. The order was received in a timely manner, but it was the wrong part and they did not send the grip tape at all. I tried to have my son take care of this problem himself (he's 15) by calling and emailing. The people on the phone would tell him they will call him right back, but never responded. I ended up having to file a Paypal dispute, which they finally answered and Chris stated that they would take care of this if I send the part back and that they will also refund my return shipping. They received that part back on Jan. 24 (according to my tracking #)and I have yet get a refund of any kind, or the correct order.
