I cannot assess the physical store because I have never been there, but I will warn people about ordering from their website. My son spent his XMas gift money to order a part and new grip tape for his Razor scooter. He placed the order on XMas day. The order was received in a timely manner, but it was the wrong part and they did not send the grip tape at all. I tried to have my son take care of this problem himself (he's 15) by calling and emailing. The people on the phone would tell him they will call him right back, but never responded. I ended up having to file a Paypal dispute, which they finally answered and Chris stated that they would take care of this if I send the part back and that they will also refund my return shipping. They received that part back on Jan. 24 (according to my tracking #)and I have yet get a refund of any kind, or the correct order. I will surely update this review if this company ever makes good on their promise to take care of his situation. ...read more

This is a shop that is never open, im starting to think it does not exist! I have yet to receive a confirmation on my purchase after 5 days and i have called every day and emailed NO response at all. Good thing Im protected by pay pal. ...read more

I had purchased a watch for my boyfriend, it has been over a week and he has not received the watch. On their website it states that the item should be there within 3-4 business days. I did receive an email that stated that they were going to ship it shortly and they were nice enough to ship the item to a different address for me. The item is still not there, when I called no one picked up and left numerous emails but no response. How can the business not response at all?!?!?! ...read more
