I registered and paid for the loan signing agent class after thoroughly investigating the content that would be covered and calling to ask questions about what was covered. I spent an entire weekend day, drove over 50 miles each way and paid extra for the course because I didn't want to self study. When the class was over (late), the content that I was told would be covered was never covered because they ran out of time and I had to self study anyway. They give you a lot of information on how to market yourself but not really how to be a good loan document signing agent. You can market yourself all day long but the bottom line is if you're not good at what you do, you won't get called back for more work. After several call and emails, I've never received my certificate. The customer service is awful unless you're buying something. Notary license class with NationalNotaryAssociation.org was great. Too bad they weren't offering live Loan Signings classes at the time. ...read more
