Wow what a bunch of thieving scumbags!! My truck was stuck off of a county road. The police were called and they came out and made a report that the truck needed to be towed and listed all of the visible items in the truck, stereo system, subs, ect. When I went to pick the truck up the next day everything was stolen. Not only was the content of the truck missing, but my light bar and battery where also stolen. At first they told me that it came in that way until they realized everything was listed on the police report. Once they couldn't find my stolen items, they told me that I would need to produce receipts for the missing items. So basically within 24 hours of them towing it $1700 worth of electronics were stolen. I went down to the main office the next day with a list of bare minimum prices and they offered me $400. Called my State Farm Ins emergency road service to request to have my Lexus towed back from dealership to my friends house who's a certified mechanic, to do the repair. SF has a third party contract w/company called Agero (sp?). they arranged to have RC Towing tow my vehicle. Received an automated text indicating an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). approximately 20 mins before they were to arrive to tow my vehicle, they called me to say they will be canceling my tow request and told me to notify SF with no explanation. when asked for a reason, they said they won't make the ETA so they don't want me waiting. So i had to start from square one again and wait close to another hour before the would arrive at the dealership and at least another half-hour before my car reaches its final destination. Bizarre!! Is the blame RC Towing, Agero or State Farm who probably contracts with the lowest bidder and possibly the lowest rate, etc. who knows? but definitely not a happy camper!! ...read more

This towing company is the worst I've ever seen!! They have the rudest employees and treat people as if they are trash. I believe they are racist and they DO STEAL THINGS FROM YOUR CAR!!!! These were some pretty smart towing workers. They knew just how to replace the front windshield on my Ford Mustang after the whole glass was smashed by a falling tree branch. I had to have my wife's car towed to my mechanic tonight. The flatbed arrived in a reasonable time, operator took good care, and I was also lucky enough that the mechanic was staying late and able to unload right into the repair area.
