Natomas Towing

Wow what a bunch of thieving scumbags!! My truck was stuck off of a county road. The police were called and they came out and made a report that the truck needed to be towed and listed all of the visible items in the truck, stereo system, subs, ect. When I went to pick the truck up the next day everything was stolen. Not only was the content of the truck missing, but my light bar and battery where also stolen. At first they told me that it came in that way until they realized everything was listed on the police report. Once they couldn't find my stolen items, they told me that I would need to produce receipts for the missing items. So basically within 24 hours of them towing it $1700 worth of electronics were stolen. I went down to the main office the next day with a list of bare minimum prices and they offered me $400. Natomas Towing is one of the most shady businesses I've ever dealt with.

Thank You, Natomas Towing, for delivering professional and quick service. I'm especially grateful to Lee Herrera, Call# 7538. He quickly responded when I needed a flatbed tow from the Yolo Causeway. While I was swatting mosquitos in the dark, wondering how long I'ld have to wait while traffic raced by, Lee pulled up with a smile. He directed me to the cab and took care of everything in minutes. Before I knew, he was unloading my vehicle at a local repair faclility. As much as I appreciate Lee's professionalism, he most certainly exceeded my expectations by next offering to drop me at a nearby McDonald's to wait for my family. His genuine concern for me waiting alone in a dark parking lot of a closed shop shows his commitment to the people he helps--not just the vehicles he tows. Thanks, Lee, for going above and beyond. You're the reason I will comfortably rely on Natomas Towing in the future.
