Tech ( Carl ) charged me over $200.00 to replace my brand new a/c r 44 t spark plugs stating wrong plug for vortec heads. After extensive internet search and two dozen articles on the subject of "right plug for vortec" I was running the correct plugs. Tech never took car for a test drive, not before or after ....
