Jan Auto Sales

5.0

I've been doing business with Jan Auto Sales for over 2 years. They've always been fair , honest, and above all they care about their customers. Sure they're a business but they aren't trying to squeeze you for every last dime in your pocket. And if I've ever had a problem with my car, even after the 30 day/1000 mile warranty, they had no problem helping me get it handled and for a way cheaper than if I would have gone elsewhere. I have even had family and friends buy from them and all were happy. ...read more

Gear Vendor S H 4 Wheel Drive Repair Center

(1) I was guaranteed that they would get it done if I got it in by 8AM. They did next to nothing with it on day 1 and I got it back right before closing on day 2. (2) If you want to keep your lunch down, don't use their bathroom. Wrap your truck in plastic, I had grease on the door panel, on my seat, center console and on the carpet. (3) I had an estimate of $100, which realistically was more like $450. I ended up with a $800 bill with not call or warning when it was over because they underestimated the cost of rebuilding a driveline. I liked the owner but was not impressed with the mechanic that did my work. I have a vibration now, probably that driveline, but I don't care to take it back to them. I'll fix it myself like I should have in the first place. Bottom Line: If you have a daily driver, take your rig somewhere else. If you have a custom rig that never goes over fifty and has as much dirt inside as out and you don't mind an empty wallet - these guys are great. ...read more
