I was a long time customer but will not be returning. Horrible customer service. Management has no control over employees. Employees park in front where customers should be parking as it is a busy place. I have to ask if the coffee is fresh everytime and their response is, No, Do you want that fresh? Thats enough for me. I get most of its premade, but really? Do I want that fresh? I think that is one of the stupidest things a staff member at a restaraunt could say. ...read more
