This is not really a vending company. They provide no actual service to locations and do not supply machines. Once you contact them they will switch you to another vending company. If you are a vending company be careful about dealing with them. They force you to place too many machines at a location to increase their commission artificially. If you don't agree they take away the location. Also, they will quote you a commission rate and then dramatically increase it once the location shows interest. Again, if you don't agree to pay the increased amount they will switch it to another vendor. This is a very crazy and frustrating group to work with. They are not looking out for you--just their commission. ...read more

Make 2018 the year you update your vending program!

What is going on in the vending industry these days, well quite frankly, a heck of a lot. Things have changed in the vending industry from the Pepsi machine above which was the NEW in 1947 this: MicroMarkets are all the rage in business. If you have an office with 80 plus employees, a breakroom and old vending machines which no longer bring a smile or a product to anyones face, ask about MicroMarkets. Just google that term in your area and lots of information will pop up. Here at Blue Moose Vending Management we represent several MicroMarket companies. Give us a call 909-583-9068 with your questions. Its the new vending without vending machines. There are a lot of positive things about this new setup. No more stuck items or Lost money or dollar bills that will not take no matter how many times you feed them into that slot. These markets offer lots of product variety including fresh foods, a wide variety of chips, pastry and candy. They are modeled after your convenient store setup where you buy your gas. Here you slide open the cooler door, pick what you want and check out at the cash out counter. These are very nice if your business fits with this concept. If not you can always up grade to some newer machines like these: Each machine takes cash, plastic, coupons, tokens and apple pay. You would be hard pressed to not have a way to buy something. Again we offer all of our machines free to you. We do retain ownership but they are placed at your site for your guests or employees to use and we make our money based on the sales. If you were to purchase the set pictured here new it would be somewhere in the ballpark of $25K to 30K. You might be asked to sign an agreement allowing the vending company to keep their machines at your site for 3 to 5 years while they earn a fair amount of return on their investment. But it is hassel free. They handle all of the maintainance, repair and stocking. This is a great FREE benefit to your employees. Plus they are almost all energy efficient so you won't notice anything on your utility bill. ...read more

Why are vending machines free to businessowners?

Vending machine operators make their money on the sales of the products stocked in the machines. They will qualify businesses before they provide the equipment. To qualify they must meet certain criteria such as:   1) The number of on site employees must be enough to move the product before expiration dates. Normally those numbers would be 50 or more on site staff. There are exceptions so always call a vending company to check their requirements.  2) They need to check to see if you have the necessary  space for the machines. Machines are standard at 72 inches in height, 33 deep and 34 wide. You need to leave 6 to 8 inches behind the machines so the compressor can breathe.   3) Doorways and access need to be wide enough for the machines to fit.   4) If you qualify for the equipment, it is a very nice free benefit for your employees. Don't pass it up. Employees will stay on site during lunch and at breaktime they can grab a drink or snack which will keep them alert in the afternoon.  If you have shifts this is exactly what you need for your group.   Once you connect with a vending company they will send a sales manager to your site. They bring photos of the types of equipment available, product lists and they check the area the machines will be placed.  You need to have standard grounded electric, one plug or outlet for each machine. Also, based on the size of your company you can also qualify for one of the new micro-market setups.  They will do a build out in your location which looks much like a small grocery. This system removes the vending machines, here you pay on a self check out system using credit cards,Pay-range,apple-payand other wireless systems. The security is provided by several wall mounted camera's which will identify customers that may forget to pay.   Happy Vending Bev Bowers Blue Moose Vending Management 513-923-1414 cell 909-583-9068 Office   ...read more

Healthy Items do sell, even in vending Machines

If you have a business with say 50 or so employees then you have probably picked up the phone to inquire about vending services. One of the reasons you may have inquired might be employees asking for something healthy at work. It isn't an oxymoron anymore with young and adults looking for a healthier life style They are eating things like "That’s It Bars, Sargento Balanced Breaks, Snapple Straight Up Tea bottled beverages, Boulder Canyon All Natural Chips, Frito Lay’s SunChips and Smartfood Popcorn. " says Michael Ray of Healthy Generation Vending in Houston, TX Is healthy the new normal, it might soon be and it is a good thing. It would be nice to walk up to a beverage machine to see lemonades, grapes, Pepsi, Coke, Diet Coke, Fruit Juice and many more choices. Blue Moose Vending Management represents 14 Premier Vending Operators in Southern California and Dallas, Texas. Most of our operators now offer traditional vending machines with a combination of National Name Brand Products and a percentage of Healthy items. They simply monitor the sales to see what moves and develop a plan for each machine on location. So don't fight it, try it out. Most of the items are very good. Even at 70 I have been won over for Kind Nuts and Spice bar or Annie's Berry Patch Fruit Snacks. See our website at www.bluemoosevendmgt.com or give us a call at 909-583-9068 if you are in the area wanting a couple of machines, they are Free so how can you say no.
