The staff made even first time visitors feel like welcomed guests in their home. They introduced themselves after meeting the need and asked if there was anything else could be assisted with. This was not just one staff member, ALL were friendly and courteous.. Ryan accommodated a very dire seating situation with a smile. He turned a VERY uncomfortable situation into a pure JOY. Until I resolve my situation, I know I can STILL enjoy a place who welcomes me to a GRAND time being treated with dignity and respect. We have wanted to see the newly redone theater for some time and got tix to see Brett Michaels as a gift so it worked out great! The theater itself is amazing! Intimate and cozy! The architecture is simply amazing and one could spend hours just looking around! The show was incredible, Brett is a fantastic showman and a true class act, seeing him perform in this wonderful venue made an awesome evening truly unforgettable!
