This company is poorly managed to the point that one wonders why this company is in business. Phone calls go unreturned, items are unrepaired after several weeks because they have only part time staff. They never seem to run out of excuses why the TV isnt repaired but they're always just about to get it done when they are finally contacted. They use low end parts for repairs. The owners are never in the shop and it shows. I was about to go to small claims court with these people but they submitted, and I'm still out some money. They seem like very nice people, so I am not sure if they are intent on defrauding their customers, but they are completely incompetent in customer service and even their repair work. Unfortunately they are almost the only repair place in Riverside, and I would NEVER give these people a dime of business again. Go out of town for your repairs.
