yesterday i went there for a facial wax. the woman ripped about an inch and a half of skin from my face. she then rushed the job and told me to wash my face with cold water immediately in their sink. that sneaky woman went to pretend to go help another worker with a pedicure in order to get rid of me. she yelled thank you to get me out of there. i complained of some pain but she dismissed it as though they were attributed to some bumps which occur during waxing. the lotion was hiding the cut. when i got home i noticed some missing skin. as i was leaving i noticed that the license in the waxing room had a picture of a slighty older woman and not hers. my face now looks like i have a purple birthmark.i hope that it clears out soon and that it does not become a scar. i particularly resent the sneakiness of her covering her incompetence and no worrying about my well being. ...read more
