I called EZ Appliance repair for help with my SubZero refrigerator and it was around 4pm on Friday night. I spoke with helpful customer service representative and he helped to to schedule same day appointment between 7-9pm. I was amazed about the spedy response and how knowledgeable and attentive David was. he diagnosed my unit and worked on coils and several other things.
