My wife and I have been going to this deli/restaurant off and on for 15 years. The last two times we have been there, there has been a remarkable downturn in service and attitude. They no longer serve food at the tables. You must return to pick up food at deli counter. Then they do not tell you when your food is ready, so you must stay close to the counter. On any credit card they require a $10.00 minimum and then charge an extra $0.50 surcharge. They don't take Discovercard. Last time I was there, one of the family members was yelling at an employee. This time when we were there, she was quite rude to us, almost with the attitude we were wasting her time and asking too much. No one working there smiles anymore or makes conversational talk.
