Ronald Accornero and his son Jim agreed to rent a property to one of my agents clients. They when the clients showed up to Ronald's office to take in the deposit, he denied that any agreement had been made. My agent has the email dialogue between her and Jim, instructing the clients to take in their rental deposit. Ronald also, proceeded to tell the clients, "Rhonda must be smoking something." To say something like that to a real estate agents client is defaming, rude and disrespectful. I'm taking this issue up with the California Department of Real Estate and writing this review to warn others about this company's lack of professionalism and integrity.
