Transformed my peri-operative experience! Delia helped me prepare for a big surgery several months ago with acupuncture, chinese herbs and nutrition counseling.The surgery went off without a hitch, and I didn't need as much pain medicine as the surgeon thought I would. No complications. Fast healing. And the post-surgical acupuncture treatments that Delia coordinated with my physical therapist made all the difference in the world. I'm enjoying full range of motion and SO much less swelling than a previous joint surgery I had 5 years ago before I was referred to One Health Wellness. Delia is amazing! Her approach to healing is so smart and effective. And I love that she is not only an acupuncturist and herbalist, but also a registered nurse. She knows her stuff! And the One Health clinic is beautiful!! I personally prefer private one-on-one healing treatments, and her office is so lovely and intimate.
