Wallstreet and Jaime Tapia cannot be trusted to handle your loan professionally. My loan docs were written to hide the fact that the lender -WHOM I WAS PAYING- did not disclose an impound account, which I did not need because I put the full 20% down. I insisted at the time of signing that I did not want it, I expressly said in writing that I did not want an impound account, but he did it anyway and did not disclose that information to me. I had to find it, confront him, and in this case, he said after 3 months, I could cancel it. After he assured me of this, I signed the papers and he stopped answering my calls. When I realized that the 3 month cancellation was an outright lie, even the owner of Wallstreet refused to help me. W/every employee making money at this organization off their clients -mostly w/o the client knowing it, they refuse to own up to their dishonesty.
