Extremely poor performance. Overpriced. Personnel shows up without proper tools. Questionable plumbing skills and abilities of their personnel. Labor by the hour is performed at the slowest possible pace. Their mission is to accumulate hours of labor and not to solve problems. They markup parts way beyond a reasonable percentage. When you ask for a quote, they quote you just "out of thin air". They will never specify to the detail the work they do before doing it. Refrain from doing business with these people. After reading the reviews about this company I was not pleased when my home warranty company assigned them to come check out my heater. I was shocked to get a call from a very polite gal named Tracy within 30 minutes of placing my claim with the warranty company and tickled that she was offering me an appointment the very next day! I had to get past the Russian accent of the guy who showed up but he seemed to know what he was doing. Before he left he let me know that he was going to have to order the part. Tracy followed up with me the next afternoon and the guy was back the very next day to finish the job. These guys were GREAT and I would recommend them to anyone! ...read more
