Someone recommended Roscoe Bakery to us for our wedding cake and we had a great experience, so I just have to pass the word on. Lada, the pastry chef, was very accommodating and confident throughout the entire process. Everything was laid out straight forward to us. At the end the cake looked exactly how I wanted it to and it was delicious. We had almost 150 guests at our wedding. Our cake was four tiers high, each tier being a different cake. Toop was rich chocolate cake with hazelnut buttercream, the second tier was carrot cake, third tier was red velvet and the bottom tier was white cake with caramel buttercream.
