10/4/10: Ordered 2 Big Mac meals at the drive-through. Got home without one sandwich. Drove 3 1/2 miles back to get my daughter's food, and had to tell them I expected fresh fries with the Big Mac. They reluctantly agreed, but REFUSED any other compensation for my time and aggravation from THEIR mistake. (I respectfully requested a future meal voucher.) Went home and called their "complaint" line, only to be told that it is their "policy" not to compensate guests when they (the store) have made a mistake. (The implication was that I had lied to them.) I have been patronizing that McDonald's since it was built, but I will NEVER go back there again. This was not the 1st time they have gotten my order wrong; in fact, it is the exception if they get my entire order right. I finally stood up to ask for compensation, and they refused. They have lost the business of my family of 7 for good. I hope it was worth a $5 meal voucher to them. ...read more

McDonald's is America's favorite fast food restaraunt; however, this particular location provides horrible customer service from the cashier to the manager.
