I had booked my son's birthday jumper with another company before using Big Kahuna Jump Parties. When it came time for my party, that other company never called or showed up. My neighbor Monica told me about Big Kahuna does last minute deliveries and sure enough they showed up fast to save my party. Thank you so much for saving the day! I recently used this company to rent tables and chairs for my wedding. (jan 5, 2013) when I first contacted this company, they were nothing but polite and helpful. I ordered what's needed and gave half of the total up front as a deposit. I was supposed to be contacted a week before the event so that I could adjust the quantity of the items as needed. I was not contacted and when I tried to reach them, the main number was disconnected. the second number seemed to be the owners cell phone. However he would not answer. I took a week to get in touch with them to make sure I was getting what I ordered. On the day of delivery, they showed up without calling ahead, as we had discussed. The chairs were covered in dirt and were chipped and stained. It took us and hour and a half to clean the chairs and tables. BE CAUTIOUS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE OVER 8 YEARS WAS AWFUL I WAS 98% OF THE TIME TOLD MY REQUEST FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT WAS DENIED BY THE OWNER HOWEVER ONCE THE PROPERTY WAS VACATED THE OWNER ADVISED US HE WAS NEVER CONTACTED ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT MAJOR PROBLEMS SUCH AS HOT WATER HEATER BROKEN AC/HEATER BROKEN. ONCE WE MOVED OUR DEPOSIT WAS KEPT TO REPAIR/REPLACE ITEMS THAT WERE REFUSED DURING OUR TENANCY. SMALL CLAIM COURT HERE WE COME! WHAT A PROBLEM. AFTER 8 YEARS AND PAYING WELL OVER $130,000. IN RENT THEY ARE ILLEGALLY TRYING TO CHARGE FOR OUTSIDE DOOR FRAMES AND CLEANING (NOT CARPET CLEANING WHICH WE HAD DONE) BUT CLEANING. OF NOTE MY WALK THRU WHEN WE FIRST RENTED STATES CLEARLY HOW FILTHY THE HOUSE WAS IT WAS NOT CLEANED BY A COMPANY BUT BY THE PREVIOUS TENETS. MY WALK THRU ONCE WE LEFT WAS CANCELED BY THE OFFICE ON THE PREMISE OF IT NOT BEING NEEDED *I HAVE THE VOICEMAIL STATING THAT* NOW THEY ARE "BEING GENEROUS" IN RETURNING HALF. BE CAREFUL!
