De Hart installation team figured it all out and did a very professional job. All the technicians we encountered were professional and knowledgeable. We had EcoBee thermostats installed, and they sent out a thermostat specialist to walk us through the programming. And they are great thermostats; they can be adjusted, viewed or turned off/on from your cell phone.\t\nWe needed a part replaced this spring 2013 due to manufacturer's defect. We did not get any hassle at all--they were out quickly and got everything up and going. We even got a follow-up call to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Great service all around! ...read more
