BUYER BEWARE!!! These despicable deadbeats are not professionals. They will tell you every adjective in the book to make their work sound effective and intelligent just to get the SALE. However, this is exactly the opposite of what they will provide. They pride themselves on their up-to-date technology and apt equipment. Yet they do not posses either. This is precisely what they told me before I reluctantly decided to hire them. Then, when the job was underway after WEEKS of hearing absolutely nothing from them and unanswered phone calls and texts, LOUIE was complaining about the positioning of the house that the subject lived; and how they couldn't "get any shots." The final report, Louie used two of the SAME PHOTOGRAPHS and passed them off as two different dates!! Complete fraud! Not to mention I only received 5 photos! They never went to the second site I gave them where my subject is often!! They are lazy, incompetent liars! These people are frauds and Louie still owes me a refund and he refuses to return any phone calls or texts. My mom and I were on a telephone call with him where Louie would tell us something he SAW with his own two eyes the subject doing then when I asked for the photo of this he said that he never said that!!!!!! Complete delusion, you will rip your hair out because of the stress and frustration these people will cause you!! I am reporting them to the better business bureau! I hired a private investigator from this company and they got evidence that my ex-wife was self-employed and working under the table. I was able to present this in court and have my alimony payments significantly reduced. I definitely recommend this company. ...read more
