I think this business offers horrible customer service. I missed an appointment for my mother and I and they did not let me reschedule it. I was never informed of their cancellation policy by the receptionist or the sales guy who sold me the package. I think it's something I should've definitely been informed of before purchasing their services. Never again will I go to this place or recommend it to anyone.
