Burritos poorly prepared with almost no beans, almost all cheese and almost no rice. We sat down waiting for the rest of our party to arrive and we were immediately asked if we had already ordered. In other words we could not sit down first before ordering. Upon complaining about the poorly prepared food and requesting a replacement I was threatened by the manager, Elma, when she said that if she were not in uniform at that moment then we would go outside to fight! When my husband approached to discuss it, he also requested to speak with the manager. The employee laughed and said "you want to speak with the manager too"? I never recieved such poor service in my life. I have been in the Galt, CA Taco Bell location many times where I have recieved excellent service and well prepared food. 6/8/2008. ...read more

My family has eaten at this restaurant for over 4 years now and it's always good. I am one who expects my food to taste the same every time I order it. When I find something I like, I want it to taste the same every time I order it. The food ALWAYS satisfies my family and I. When you walk into the restaurant, you can tell that this restaurant has been here for a long time (don't worry, it's a clean place). A long standing restaurant...that says a lot. ...read more
